We no longer enclose return slips with the parcels in order to do our bit for the environment here too. However, you still have the option of making a return at any time.

IMPORTANT: Anyone who sends items carriage forward must bear the costs themselves. Unfortunately, we cannot process shipments that are sent to us freight collect. For a smooth processing of the return, it is important that you use the DHL label generated online and return the goods to us in the original bag with the correct label.
